Timothee Rey opened to 2,400 and received a call from defending champion Domenico Lando, before Bartosch Maciejek produced a three-bet to 6,000 from the cutoff.

Rey got out of the way, but Lando snap back-jammed with the covering stack.

Maciejek, with 29,000 behind, looked absolutely perplexed by the move, and took about two minutes counting out his chips, glancing at his opponent and his cards, before ultimately folding.

Fidan Zahiti opened to 2,100 from middle position, and was met with a three-bet to 6,400 from Johannes-Herald Stephan in the cutoff. Action folded back to Zahiti, who called.

On the 7♠3♦2♣ flop, Zahiti check-called versus a bet of 7,500 from Stephan.

The 6♠ hit on the turn, and Zahiti checked once more. Stephan fired out a bet of 35,000 into the 27,000 pot, leaving himself 1,100 behind.

Zahiti shifted uncomfortably in his seat and clearly didn't like the spot. He went into the tank, eventually folding.
