WSOP+ App Launches to Streamline 2025 World Series of Poker Experience

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) has officially launched its new WSOP+ app ahead of the 2025 series in Las Vegas, promising to dramatically improve the player experience by reducing wait times and streamlining event access.
Available now for iOS and Android, the WSOP+ app allows players to pre-register for live events, skip lengthy registration lines, and receive real-time updates about seat availability through a virtual queue and push notifications. The app also becomes a central hub for all WSOP essentials, including event schedules, structure sheets, chip counts, rules, daily results, prize payouts, and more.
"WSOP+ will further elevate the WSOP experience for all of our players," said Ty Stewart, CEO of the World Series of Poker. "Not only can our community now save time and effort by registering in advance for their favorite tournaments, but the app will also showcase WSOP content and all of the important event information that participants are eager to have at their fingertips!"
Senior VP of Poker Operations Jack Effel added, "Players should feel an immediate positive impact on their experience when they arrive this summer. Beyond WSOP+'s advanced features, there's no question this innovation should reduce wait times, allowing participants more time to get to the felt and enjoy the events they love."

How WSOP+ Works
To use WSOP+, players should first visit wsop.com/registration to review the process before downloading the app at wsopplus.com. The app is compatible with iOS and Android devices and is designed to become the essential tool for WSOP players onsite.
Online registration through WSOP+ requires a one-time, in-person ID verification at the Paris Las Vegas verification area (inside the Champagne Ballroom at "Les Centre Des Conventions"). Accepted identification includes a valid passport, driver's license, or other government-issued ID. Non-U.S. participants must present proper documentation, including consular or foreign ID cards, with proof of physical address if not included on the primary document.

Once verified, participants can register for events directly in the app and head straight to their tables, meaning no waiting in line at the cage.
WSOP+ supports a variety of payment methods including:
- ACH (U.S. only)
- Credit cards (3% fee applies)
- PayPal
- Luxon Pay (non-U.S. only)
- Paris Tournament Accounts (funded in person)
- WSOP Online qualifiers
In-person payment options include cash, casino chips, cashier's checks (with prior approval), and wire transfers (minimum $100,000, with prior approval).

Get Ready for the 2025 WSOP
The 2025 edition of the World Series of Poker kicks off on May 27 at Horseshoe Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas, marking the series' fourth year on the iconic Las Vegas Strip. The festival opens with Event #1: Mystery Millions, featuring five starting flights, a guaranteed $1 million top bounty, and a first-place prize of at least $1 million.
This year's schedule includes 100 gold bracelet events, headlined as always by the WSOP Main Event, which begins July 2 (Day 1A) and wraps up on July 16. Online and live satellite tournaments are already running, with international players able to qualify via GGPoker and U.S. players via WSOP Online.
Participants who prefer to register in person may do so beginning May 15 at the main casino cage at Paris Las Vegas. All registrants must also have a Caesars Rewards account, which can be created online or at any Caesars property.
With WSOP+ now live, organizers are encouraging players to take advantage of the new system. "This is more than just convenience," Effel emphasized. "It's a shift toward a smoother, smarter WSOP experience that gets players where they want to be - at the table, playing poker."
